Founder and CEO Tracey Wolfe has a strong foundation in business, beauty, and entrepreneurship, Tracey has successfully launched and managed multiple ventures. She is the owner of Flawless Image – Beauty & Fashion, where she coaches individuals on inner and outer beauty, personal branding, and professional image development. As the Chief Executive Officer of TRW Management, she and her team provide expert management services for people, events, and small businesses.

Tracey is deeply involved in her community, serving as a member of the Piedmont Triad Women’s Forum, a corporate partner with Dress for Success, and a Board Member of
Phenomenal Woman. She is also an accomplished author, contributing to two collaborative book projects and publishing two solo works.
