About The Founder

Tracey Wolfe is a proud native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She studied Business Administration and Management at Forsyth Technical Community College and graduated as Valedictorian from Carolina Beauty College, earning her license as a professional cosmetologist.

With a strong foundation in business, beauty, and entrepreneurship, Tracey has successfully launched and managed multiple ventures. She is the owner of Flawless Image – Beauty & Fashion and TRW Management, and currently serves as a Property Manager for Momentum, where she continues to thrive in real estate.

Passionate about service and community, Tracey serves on the Board of Directors for Phenomenal Woman Phenomenally You and Thrive Foundation. She is also a partner with Dress for Success.

A multi-published author, Tracey has contributed to two empowering collaborative books—Wake, Pray, Slay! A Woman’s Guide to Be Unstoppable and Church Girls: Stories of Victory, Success and Triumph. She has also published two solo projects: 8 Ways to Raising Them Better, Not Bitter and How to Make T-Shirts Flawlessly.

Beyond business and writing, Tracey is passionate about mentorship, ministry, and outreach. She actively pours into others through local mentoring programs, always striving to uplift and inspire.

Most importantly, she is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. A Glammy and Godmother. Through all her endeavors, Tracey remains committed to her mission:
